8月底就有消息稱，美國證交會正在審查9只此前被拒絕的比特幣ETF。
從SEC提供的文件中發現，被拒的比特幣ETF被討論的最後期限都是11月5日，所以根據《委員會慣例規則431》的規定，在2018年11月5日之前，任何一方或其他人可以提出聲明，支持或反對決議結果。
以此推斷，SEC或將在11月5日之後對9只比特幣ETF進行裁決。
